  I’ve never written a review before because I’ve never felt particularly strongly about any business but this experience was impossible to ignore. I am a mildly curvy 5’9” girl who typically has no problem finding clothes but this was upsetting. I typically wear a medium or large at most stores. The largest size of jeans they had in the store was a medium and it wouldn’t even fit over my calves. The small barely fit my petite 5’1” friend. If the largest size you carry is (barely) a medium, then that’s essentially excluding 1/2 of the population. The tops and dresses were 1 size fits all, which was a stretch at the very least. All of the employees were incredibly rude and instead of offering assistance when I was asking if they really didn’t have any larger sizes, they complained about their store amongst each other loudly in front of the customers. The entire experience was very upsetting and I highly suggest that if you care about even the most basic of size inclusivity, you avoid Brandy Melville.

  I came into this store with my daughter this past week and we had a great experience. Contrary to other reviews, we found the staff friendly and helpful. The store looked very organized and attractive. The line for the dressing room was a little long as there are only four dressing rooms but that would be my only complaint. When we went up to pay, the girls at the register we're very nice and asked us about our day and offered us some of the free stickers they have up front. Will definitely be returning!
