  I have been collecting for thirty years. When I walked past this shop I was immediately stopped in my tracks by the display window. I went inside accompanied by my young son. As we were looking at the various chandeliers the clerk or owner or whatever appeared. His rudeness was so complete and humiliating I told my son quietly we were going and never coming back. Sir you missed a great opportunity to sell a chandelier. Your rudeness to a father and his young well behaved son is sad to say the least.
