They tried to size my cup way down, but were fantastic with helping find the right fit. They fit differently here (looser band) but I found a great bra that I love. They didn't have my size and ordered it for me and it came a week later. Very prompt! This is definitely my go to bra store in the Boulder area.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 25, 2019, by Zach RoeschIt was a great experience until the employee helping my wife decided to make a condescending gesture about my wife thinking I wasn’t looking or couldn’t see her. Earlier in the day I found out that my wife badly needed a new bra and that the reason she hadn’t bought a new one recently was because she really wanted to be properly fit. So I googled places that do bra fittings and Christina’s had a great reviews. Even though there were closer chains and such I wanted my wife to have a great experience and feel pampered. So we decided to drive the 30 minutes from Westminster to Boulder to go to Christina’s. My wife and I are on a very strict budget, since we are trying to get out of debt, and we hadn’t budgeted for a new bra this month. But we had just received a refund from some medical expenses, about $75, and decided that getting my wife a decent bra and fitted would be a worthwhile way to spend some of this refund. We knew that Christina’s would be a little more expensive but we were fine with that if it is something that would last and she could get a proper fitting in the process. Everything started out great! We (My wife and I and our 2 kids, 4 and 1) were greeted warmly immediately upon entering by the lady that would end up helping my wife. I spotted a nice sofa off to one side so I took my two kids over there to get out of the way to let my wife do her thing. The other two ladies working there were really sweet and talked to my kids while my wife was being fitted. My wife texted me from the fitting room commenting on how they were more expensive than we thought so I told her to ask if they had anything less expensive and if we spent a little more than we thought, but no more than the extra $75 we had, we could count it as a Valentines gift for both of us. A little bit later I see the lady who was helping my wife come out of the fitting area with some bras in her hand. She sets them down on the counter and the looks at the other two ladies working there and shakes her head, mouths no money, and rubs her finger together in a money gesture. She obviously had no idea that I was looking at her and had seen what she had just done. Immediately after that my wife came out of he fitting room ready to buy the bra that she had picked out. I didn’t say anything to her while she was checking out about what I had just seen because I didn’t want to ruin her experience of being fitted for and picking out a new bra. The lady that helped her, A, was very sweet again as she rung my wife up. But I can tell you that I have never felt like such a second class citizen in a business before. If I wasn’t trying to do something special and spontaneous for my wife with our limited funds I would have left and not let her buy the bra she has picked out. After driving over an hour, there and back, to help my wife have this small bit of pampering while we are living restricted monetarily to get out of debt to be treated like that, even though he associate thought she was doing it behind our back, it unacceptable. No one should have to go through the feeling like we are not good enough to shop at your store. It’s not like we don’t have the money to spend there, we are CHOOSING to live frugally so that we can get out of debt. The staff at Christina’s had a chance to make a customer for life by giving my wife and our family the experience of a lifetime, no matter how much we were spending. But because one employee decided to make a condescending gesture to her co-workers when she thought no one was looking we will go elsewhere when shopping for niceties for my wife. We will never shop here again, even after we are out of debt and back to having disposable income. Let this be a lesson to you, treat EVERY single customer like they have a million dollars, even when you think they aren’t looking. Hopefully my review will be enough so that the employees here never do this again so that no other customer has to feel like I did, like a second class citizen and a piece of trash because I couldnt buy my wife the most expensive bra.

I wanted to support locally when buying lingerie so I was in here on Valentines day... trying to get something special for me and my guy. When I walked in I was greeted warmly... while I was looking at a few things the same woman who greeted me casually commented on the pretty things I picked out.. and suggested I try them on.. She helped me pick a few things. I tried them on and she commented on how they looked on me. it was nice. Until came check out time... I'm a stay at home mom who due to unfortunate circumstances inherited some money. I don't normally have over $200 to spend on lingerie... I decided I deserved to splurge a little on myself. The tone in the store changed immediately once I had decided on which pieces I wanted. A sales woman that wasn't helping me commented to another employee "wow, she just got a big sale" I tried to ignore that misplaced comment while I was being checked out by the woman who helped me. She was now trying to push impulse buys on me... suggesting I walk around a bit because they have swimsuits or I grab my guy some boxers. I guess I didn't mind that so much, they must get commission. As I was giving her my card she tells me to "make sure the maid hand washes these". Maybe most people wouldn't mind this comment but it really rubbed me the wrong way. I felt like she pigeon holed me. and I just felt kind of gross having spent my money there.. Maybe just me. but if that wouldn't bother you then definitely check it out in there, they have a decent selection.
