  DO NOT GO HERE. I am absolutely livid about my experience at this place. I went here on the 29th of January 2011 to get gas and a carwash. Not only was the pump not printing receipts, but when I went inside to get my receipt (for the carwash code) I discovered that the carwash was broken. There were three furious men inside yelling at the attendant. When my turn came, I just calmly asked if about the receipt and what was going on with the car wash. Even I received a response that was hostile. I left actually feeling bad for the guy behind the counter. I had thirty days to get my car wash, so I went back on February 17th, 2011. I waited for another car to go through the wash. Although the wash didn't seem to have the same "umph" as I normally got from drive-through car washes, I paid no attention since the car before me left looking clean. Drove home, parked in the garage, and went to get my dog out of the boot. The car was still completely filthy. It was honestly as if my car had only been misted. As I am a student (and a mother), I had no time to drive 15 minutes from my home in the opposite direction from campus (where I was headed for class) to make the complaint. Today (Feb 18th, 2011), while doing errands after class, I was in the neighborhood of this gas station and decided to say something to the attendant. Well, it just so happened that the man behind the counter was the same one as the first time that I went in. I have never, EVER, received such horrible customer service. This man actually had a smirk on his face when he told me that I "had to" complain right when it happened. I am sorry, but how many of you, actually get out of your car to inspect it after going through a drive-through car wash?!?! I am pretty sure that the reason we go to these washes is the convenience of it. I tried my best to stay calm and composed, but this man was just plain rude to me. I consider myself an incredibly (overly) kind person and he actually caused me to yell at him. I just wanted my $9 back. When I asked him for the number to corporate, he tried to continue arguing with me about when I "should have" made my complaint. Other customers came into the store and actually backed me up (thank you). Once a line started to form, and I was making a scene, he told me that he wanted to refund my money, but needed to have my receipt. I knew in my heart that he was going to take my receipt and throw it away. So I told him to "F*** off", that I was calling corporate, and stormed off. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. ps- the complaint has been filed.
