  I had bought a winter jacket from here only to bring it home to find out it was missing 3 buttons. I brought it back to the store in hopes of exchanging it for a new one, they didn’t have my size in the store so they had me use their customer phone in the store to order a new one. When on the phone the person had messed up my email address, shipping address, mailing address, payment method, just about everything. I had to give her my information 5 separate times and once she finally was able to get most of my information correct after 30 mins on the phone so told me I should be recoeving a confirmation email within the next 24 hours and the jacket should be mailed to me within a week. 48 hours went by and still no confirmation email, so shocking I know. I went back into the store and asked them to swipe the gift card the jacket was purchased on to see if it even went through, they claimed it did so I trusted them. A little over a week had gone by and still no jacket so I went in a 3rd time and asked if they could track the jacket for me (given I couldn’t without my confirmation email), they said they couldn’t and to give it another week and if I still didn’t have the jacket by then to come back in. The week went by, still no jacket, so I went in for a 4th time (keep in mind I have to reexplain the story every time) they claim some things take up to 3 weeks to ship so that I should give it yet another week. Four weeks had gone by, and the jacket had finally been shipped... but to my billing address (my billing and shipping address are different given I’m at school). I went back into the store for a 5th time thinking at the very least they could print off a shipping label for my mom to send it to me here at school, they said they couldn’t do that and sent me home. No apology, no reimbursement for all the hassle, nothing.. even though it was their fault. I have never left a review on anything before but I am so beyond frustrated that I had to this time. So disappointed in Eddie Bauer’s customer service.

  Refused to replace something that's under life time warranty, this location is a scam that does not go along with the warranty guidelines setup by this company. They even used REI changing their policy as an excuse for them not exchanging even tho they're policy has not changed. Unprofessional, do not support this greedy location
