  You can no longer call the store to see if they have something in stock. You have to call customer service who will put you on hold and call the store. But don't expect to get accurate information. I asked for a pair of shorts in a specific size, they said they had them, and would transfer me to place them on hold. Instead they hung up. So I made the trip out to the store to purchase the shorts and they told me that they never had my size! The customer service rep was wrong. Giant waste of time.
