  I had a great experience with Listen Up after experiencing a nightmare at the big box store in Boulder. Listen Up explained the TV and receiver statistics to me and made buying them so easy. Delivery and set up was fast and professional. Couldn't be happier! So glad to spend money at a local business that really cares about the customer.

  Andy Nizzotti was amazing to work with. As a newbie I had a lot of questions and wanted to explore many different items. Andy was expertly knowledgable and infinitely patient with me over several different days and email as well. Even though I had to bug him a lot for help switching speakers and such I never once felt like he was annoyed with me... I actually felt honored. I felt no pressure and Andy took into account my budget and designed a lot of options for me. I ended up with a setup which I'm in love with. I'll be coming back for future upgrades. Thanks Andy!
