  The Little Jewel is a family owned and operated store for over 30 years. There is not enough room to write all the accolades this store deserves. Every time I have been to the store I am greeted by a professional and knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to be sure I am a satisfied customer. My shopping experiences are fun and full of laughter. The comments from the unsatisfied customer are unjust. Put one self in the owner’s position, with so many scams how could she be assured of what is reported over the phone as accurate information. They offered to replace or refund the customer with proof of purchase; this is a good business practice. They have a huge and can meet the budget of any shopper. Don’t let the comment by one unsatisfied customer detour you from shopping at the best jewelry shop in Colorado. More than Satisfied PS I am sure the owner DID NOT stop payment on your check, did she?

  I've been very pleased with my several experiences here and would highly recommend this establishment. They were very accommodating in a return I made, and have always been very helpful in making suggestions which have met with accolades when the gifts were received.
