  Kate (Katherine), who is a manager who floats at different Mattress Firm's in the area, helped me with my purchase today. She is an excellent salesperson and gave me first-rate customer service. I felt at ease throughout the whole transaction and Kate listened to my needs and was able to quickly help me find exactly what I was looking for.   I am SO excited for my new mattress to arrive tomorrow. Last night my fiance and I spent some time in Mattress Firm and Kyle was amazing. He really made sure we go the right mattress for us. Not to mention we ended up getting a very high quality mattress 1/2 off since we decided to go the gently used route. Very impressed Kyle went above and beyond for us!
