  The guy was so helpful and took the time to explain a vape pen for me and suggested an awesome brand that works for how much I use it since I'm quitting smoking. He helped me with putting the cotton in the coil and took his time and was super patient for an inexperienced buyer. They have a loyal customer in me!

  The guy named Richard was probably the rudest person I ever met. Not good customer service, was so high he could barely speak his words. Just the worst smoke shop experience I've ever encountered. The sad thing is I've lived here 3 months. Already bought a few pieces from this exact shop. and bc of this experience I will not be going back ever.

  This store gets a 1 star for a few reasons. 1) way over priced. I wanted a lil throw away 14mm glass bowl and they wanted 30 bucks. 2) even though they said it was 30, they wanted 32 and change due to tax even though it's a cash out the door business. Generally these things aren't an issue but the guy made lame excuses that "everything is American blown and will last longer that's why it's expensive" and "we charge tax to all customers so it even out credit card vs cash transactions". Basically I'm at the expense of people who want to use a credit card? 3) small selection. Only had 7 different 14mm lil bowls. 4) guy was rude. Be nice dude I'm giving you my money. And I vote with my dollars. Won't be coming back due to 3 & 4 alone.
