  (1) Fuel/gas quality: Shell, so top-quality, consistent, & uniform across stations, & noticeably better performance (at least with premium), all vs. generics (undisclosed, changing, inconsistent, non-uniform, cheapest, &/or downgraded brands) — King Soopers, Safeway, Costco, Boulder Gas, Everyday, generic 7-11 (many Shell), et al. (2) Fuel/gas prices: (A) Higher than generic (b/c top-quality) but lower than Conoco's & close to Shell's in area; cheapest Shell premium usually at Canyon & 15th; (B) Great rewards card ("Fuel Rewards"): always 10 cents/gal off any grade after every 8 gals premium (so always - 10 cents/gal if premium-only; best premium discount of all brands); always 3 cents/gal off any grade (same as most brands & generics); (C) best Uber-driver gas card discount of any brand or generic at 10 cents/gal (so, with Shell rewards, at least 13 cents off any grade any time, 20 cents off any grade after 8 gals premium (only 3–5 cents off other brands & generics). (3) Car services: (A) Car wash: One of two good ones in Boulder b/c non-touchless (other is Conoco at 28th & Valmont; only other I've found at DIA Conoco); no paint damage vs. scratches/swirls at Puddle from quick, careless hand-drying with low-quality, dirty cloths; Shell's newer than Conoco's, often broken; get $13 highest level b/c lower ones not good; buy 2 of any level, 3rd free, so highest only $8.67 each; (B) Pumps in great shape and work well; (C) Haven't tried air or vacuum, but look new. (4) Station/store: (A) Pumps & property clean & well-lit, except no lighting at air/vacuum pump; (B) Store clean & usual supplies, products, food, & drinks (coffee hot & pretty good); (C) Haven't used bathroom; (D) Some clerks friendly, some not, but don't go to any station for good conversation or new friends; all clerks have been sufficiently competent & helpful. *Not perfect, as noted, but grade at least 90%, so 5 stars required. (Anyone who gives 4 stars for 90–99% skews overall score, hurting both good businesses/sellers/products & people relying on score, lacks capacity for logical thought, & most likely never got an A in school.
