  I totally understand all 1stars here, I also had terrible experience with ponytail hair woman( don’t know her name) I drive 40miles to get replacement my defected item. She said she cannot help me because she is helping with other person. She wrote me a customer phone number and I should call them and drive back to home with that defected item. That was it and she was done with me. I was upset and sitting there and just trying to reach customer service center forever. And there was Marry passing by and asked me if I call for customer center. She made a phone call and she told me you can leave the defected item here we can ship them out here for return and you will receive replacement with this tracking number. Marry deserves 5 stars.
